Design Items: Returns for our design items are accepted within 90 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Once received and inspected, a full refund will be processed.

Personalized and Custom-Made Products: We do not accept returns for personalized and custom-made items, including but not limited to stickers, decals, posters, and canvas prints. These products are made to order and are crafted according to your specific requirements and preferences. As such, they cannot be restocked or resold.

III. Process for Returning Design Items:
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Shipping the Return: Please securely package the item and send it to the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered.
Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow a certain number of days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
