To protect the integrity of my plant pots, I do NOT recommend planting anything directly into the pots. While I do everything that I can to seal and protect my designs, too much exposure to moisture could eventually cause the paint to peel.

I recommend keeping your plants in their plastic containers within my handmade pots, and removing the plant for watering.

I do everything I can to pack my pots safely and securely, but sometimes accidents happen. I have no control over how the packages are handled once they are shipped. If your item arrives damaged, please message me with photos of the damage. From there, I can issue a full or partial refund of your purchase.

I am not liable for damage caused by the buyer, such as not following care instructions.

My handmade lighter sleeves are designed to fit only CLASSIC, standard sized Bic brand lighters. To ensure a better fit, please remove any labels and sticky residue from the lighter. Don't be afraid to use force when inserting -- My lighter sleeves are made of plastic, and therefore very sturdy!

If you are having a hard time removing your lighter from the sleeve, I recommend using pliers to assist. Sometimes it just needs a little help and encouragement!

Because my pots need to be wrapped up real well for shipping, that means that sometimes the eyelashes can get bent out of place. You can fix this just as you would will real eyelashes -- Use an eyelash curler to curl the lashes back into place! If that doesn't work, please send me a message and we can find a solution together :)

I accept custom requests on and off, as I have availability.

WHEN CUSTOMS ARE OPEN: You'll see a "Request Custom Order" button on the left side of my Etsy page. There, you can submit a detailed request. Please include what size pot (small,medium,large), what colors, what kind of design (facial expression, heart around face, etc), any patterns you would like (striped, checkered, etc). The more detailed the better, and reference photos are very helpful too! I will respond within 24 hours with any follow up questions and a price quote. From there, I will create a private listing for you to purchase directly.

Custom orders typically take about 2 weeks to finish and ship!

It's my top priority to ensure that my pots arrive to you in one piece. For pots with eyelashes, I reuse plastic bags to hold the lashes in their place/shape. Then, for all pots, I wrap them securely with bubble wrap. Lastly, the shipping box is filled with biodegradable packing peanuts (so you can throw them away guilt-free!).
I top off my boxes with colorful tissue paper and a thank you note :)
