4 out of 5 starsI'm sorry, but the descriptions and finished models don't match the sales photo. The Grinch is completely different from the photo, and the other models are also different from the presentation photo. I'm especially disappointed by the Grinch, which is really different.

Cannot find download notification email
First, check your spam or junk mailbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social Media and Promotions tabs. If it's not there, please contact me.
Can I access my digital purchases from my account?
Yes! To access your digital files, go to Your Account > Purchases & Reviews and find your order. To the right of the order, click Upload Files. This will take you to the Downloads page for all files attached to your order. Typically, there is no limit to when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access the file at any time from the Purchases page, as long as the transaction has not been canceled or deleted. If your payment is still being processed, the Upload Files button will be grayed out and inactive.
I'm having problems downloading files
Please note that you cannot currently download a digital purchase through the Etsy app. To download a digital file, sign in to Etsy in your mobile browser or desktop. Downloading is available once payment has been confirmed. If you paid with PayPal on Etsy, it may take a few minutes for confirmation to take place. If nothing happens when you click the download link, there may be an issue with your web browser. Disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars you have installed and try again. I purchased a digital item but don't have an Etsy account

What about returns and cancellations?
I do not accept returns or cancellations as crochet is a digital item. After purchasing the template you will receive a download link. Each pattern description contains photographs of the finished product and information about the materials needed to make these toys. All of my crochet patterns are presented in PDF format (in English). You can open and view the document on any device. Crochet patterns contain detailed sequential photographs and a step-by-step algorithm for creating a crochet product.
Do you use artificial intelligence to create photos?
Yes, but only the first photo of the product; all other photos in the product gallery are original. In the first photo, the background is mostly created by artificial intelligence.
