Can I change my address after placing an order?
Address changes can be made up to two hours after placing your order.
Are returns or exchanges accepted?
Due to the made-to-order nature of the product, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective or not the size you ordered, i.e. it was mislabeled.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it. PLEASE NOTE! It is not possible to exchange an item for a different size/color. If you are not sure which size would fit you best, please refer to our sizing charts: we have one for each item in the product images. If possible, measure your favorite shirt from armpit to armpit and top to bottom, and compare it with our product.
How long does it take for my product to arrive?
It takes 2 to 5 (on average 3) days to produce and ship the products. Then, you must add the shipping time (5-7 working days).
