Als professioneller Kalligrafielehrer in Japan habe ich einen Großteil meines Lebens damit verbracht, Schüler dabei zu begleiten, ihren eigenen Ausdruck durch den Pinsel zu finden.

Für mich ist Kalligrafie mehr als nur das Schreiben von Schriftzeichen; sie ist eine spirituelle Praxis, die die Energie des Augenblicks einfängt. In Japan glauben wir, dass Worte eine Seele haben (Kotodama). Jeder Pinselstrich ist ein Gebet für denjenigen, der ihn empfangen wird.

For me, calligraphy is not just about writing characters; it is a spiritual practice of capturing the energy of the moment. In Japan, we believe words have souls (Kotodama). Every stroke I paint is filled with a prayer for the person who will receive it.
