What's the difference between a digital download and a print product?
Digital Downloads are files (PDFs, PNGs, Canva links) that you download and use yourself. No physical item is shipped.
Print Products are physical, tangible items that I print professionally and ship directly to you.
What am I buying with a digital download listing?
You are buying a digital file only. You get instant access to download the files (PDFs, PNGs, or links) immediately after checkout.
How do I download my files?
Etsy will email you a download link after payment. You can also find your files here: Your Account > Purchases and Reviews > Download Files. If your payment’s still processing, the file might not be ready yet.
Note: A web browser, not the Etsy mobile app, is required for downloads.
Can I share my product link or files with a friend?
All products are for personal use only. Please do not share or resell the files or links. Each purchase is for one user license.
Can I print the files?
All digital products are printable, in high-resolution and sized for US Letter and/or A4, depending on the product. You can print at home or use a local or online print service.
I lost my printable files. Can you resend them?
No problem. Just send me a message with your order info and I’ll make sure you get access again.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Digital Downloads: Because these are instant downloads, I cannot offer refunds or cancellations once the purchase is complete.
Physical Print Products: Cancellations may be possible before the item is printed or shipped.
