Hallo, ich bin Emma – eine Mutter vieler Kinder, eine neurodiverse Schöpferin und das Herz hinter EverydayWithEmmaJean.

Dieser Shop entstand als Teil meiner Reise, Ruhe in das Chaos des Alltags zu bringen. Das Leben mit ADHS, Autismus und komplexer PTBS bedeutet, dass Routinen, Planung und sanfte Struktur nicht nur hilfreich sind – sie sind für das Gleichgewicht unerlässlich.

Ich begann, Planer, Druckvorlagen und Tools zu entwerfen, die für meine eigene Familie funktionierten: einfache, realistische Systeme, die das echte Leben unterstützen – nicht die perfekte Pinterest-Version davon. Mit der Zeit wuchsen diese Tools zu Sammlungen heran, die anderen helfen, das gleiche Gefühl von Ruhe, Klarheit und Verbundenheit zu Hause zu finden.

Jedes Stück in meinem Shop – sei es ein druckbarer Planer, ein beruhigendes Haushaltswerkzeug oder ein aufmerksames Geschenk – wird mit Absicht, Sorgfalt und einem Hauch von echter Unvollkommenheit hergestellt.

This shop began as part of my journey toward creating calm in the chaos of everyday life. Living with ADHD, Autism, and Complex PTSD means that routines, planning, and gentle structure aren’t just helpful — they’re essential for balance.

I started designing planners, printables, and tools that worked for my own family: simple, realistic systems that support real life — not the Pinterest-perfect version of it. Over time, those tools grew into collections to help others find the same sense of calm, clarity, and connection at home.

Each piece in my shop — whether it’s a printable planner, a calm home tool, or a thoughtful gift — is made with intention, care, and a touch of real-life imperfection.
