🌷Care instructions:
I M P O R T A N T: Handle your jewelry with care. Plated pieces shouldn't come into contact with water, sweat, perfume, lotions, or oils. Remove your jewelry before sleeping, and gently wipe it down after wearing to remove any residue. Store your pieces in a jewelry box to minimize exposure to air and moisture.

Some pendants feature mixed metals finishes, which can experience wear, so please follow the care instructions above closely to keep them looking their best. 14k gold filled jewelry can safely come in contact with water, but to maintain its shine and prevent dulling over time, it's still best to remove.

🌷Warning: Choking hazard. Small parts. Keep away from small children!

🌷Gift wrapping and packaging:
All items are carefully packaged and arranged neatly inside of gift boxes with tissue on a velvet cushion. Receipts and invoices are never included in the package, so pieces are always gift ready right out of the box. However, International orders will include an invoice for customs purposes.

All invoicing and tracking information is sent to you by Email via Etsy please check your Emails or back here for updates.

Orders ship via USPS First Class Mail (Ground) unless a shipping upgrade is selected at checkout. Processing time is 1 to 3 business days, and delivery typically takes another 3 to 7 business days depending on your location, some rural destinations may require extra time. Timing may vary during busier holiday seasons or weather or unexpected distribution disruptions, ie; flight delays.

Tracking information is Emailed once your order ships.

Shipping is non-refundable, including on orders where free shipping was offered at checkout. When free shipping is applied, the shipping cost is built into the item's price and remains non-refundable in the event of a return.

Delivery typically takes 2 weeks or more depending on your local postal service and customs processing, and depending on your location, some rural destinations may require extra time. 🌷Customs and Import Taxes:
For US deliveries, Etsy policy requires that import duties and fees are included in the checkout price. Non-US buyers may need to pay these fees upon delivery to their country. You can message me to confirm how these fees will be paid for your order.

Buyers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees required by their country. Customs and duty fees are non-refundable.

I'm not responsible for any customs related shipping delays.

🌷Returns and Refunds Part 1: Eligibility and Condition:
I accept returns on unworn necklaces, bracelets, and rings within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

For hygienic reasons, earrings are final sale and not eligible for return.

To request a return, please message me first so I can review your order and provide return instructions.

Returns must arrive unworn, unaltered, and in original condition, free from signs of use such as fragrance, cosmetics, hair or residue, or handling wear. Items showing signs of wear or that have been altered from their original condition will result in a partial refund or refund refusal, based on the item's remaining resale value.

🌷Returns and Refunds Part 2: Fees and Process:
An 18% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Original shipping is non-refundable, including on free shipping orders where the shipping cost was built into the item's price.

Any loss in value of the item will result in an additional deduction from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, I'll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process.

🌷Exchanges:
I don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or piece, please initiate a return per my return policy and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.

🌷Custom Orders:
I don't currently offer custom orders. On occasion, I can accommodate small modifications to an existing design, like a chain length or metal color swap. Please reach out with your idea and I'll let you know if it's something I can take on. All custom or modified pieces are final sale.

🌷Cancellations:
Please notify me as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, I can process the cancellation right away. If already shipped, you can return it per my return policy. A restocking fee applies and original shipping is non-refundable.

🌷Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. Depending on the item and situation, I'll either send a prepaid return label so I can repair the piece and return it to you, or issue a refund upon receipt of the return.

Return shipping for damaged items is handled case-by-case. If the damage occurred in transit, Etsy's Purchase Protection or carrier postal insurance may apply, and we'll work through the appropriate claim together.

🌷Missing Package: Please check with household members and neighbors, and or contact your local USPS to file a Mail Search Request. If the package can't be located, Etsy's Purchase Protection *may cover the refund.

🌷Wrong Address: Please double check your shipping address before ordering. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you provided, you'll need to purchase a new shipping label for reshipment. If I ship to the wrong address due to my error, I'll send a replacement at no cost.

🌷Lost in Transit: If tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, Etsy's Purchase Protection *may also apply. Please contact me first and we can work together on a solution to help resolve any issue that arises.
