I use express delivery for all my US & Europe clothing orders. Standard Post is used for all of the other destinations. If an item does not meet your expectations please contact us within 3 days upon receiving and we'll find the best resolution for you. When we agree on a return, we'll send you the return address. Just send the item to that address in its original condition - unworn and unwashed with the most affordable shipping provider and service available to you. Once the item arrives back to us, we'll issue a refund. We can issue a refund within 30 days of your purchase. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We don't accept returns and don't issue refunds on a custom made items (made as per your measurements or design preferences) but we'll be happy to fix the item for you if needed. Just contact us so we can find a resolution.

All of our items are handmade and made to order in our atelier, so we can't accept cancellations after the production process has started or after the product is already created. We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. If you request a cancellation after that timeframe we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.

Lovely shorts that I picked in rose. They are perfect in every aspects: nice cotton, very thin and light (perfect for hot summer) soft and tender with a tiny bit of elasticity. They are not transparent at all, but very fair colors will show you the shade of dark underwear, so dress up accordingly. They are sewn really well and the size matches perfectly what is declared. Exactly as in the pictures. The shipment was fast enough and the package was accurate. I did not need customer service. Highly recommended ❤️ Thank you very much My StyleM🌹
