INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Release hook screw (A).
2. Install hook (B) on wall/ceiling with screw (D). If needed, use an appropriate anchor (E) suitable for your wall type.
3. Insert cord into hook slot (C).
4. Twist hook screw into hook until it is firmly pressing against cord.

CAUTION: Ideal for round cords with a 0.24in (6mm) diameter MAX. A flat cord may slip out unless it is or made thicker than 0.06in (1.5mm).

Our fixtures are compatible with all E26 medium base bulbs including Edison, LED, CFL and smart bulbs. Check the SPECIFICATIONS on the product page for details.

"Shade-ready" refers to lamps that utilize a specific fitting system for holding a lamp shade. The 2 common systems we use are explained below.

SOCKET SHADE RING:
For shades with a 1-5/8in (40-43mm) diameter opening on top that slips onto a fixture's threaded socket. The shade ring is used to secure the shade in place from underneath.

3-PIN SHADE FITTER:
For shades with a lip top that slips into the fixture’s shade holder and is held in place with 3 fitter screws. Shades in our shop using this system has a 2-1/4″ (57mm) diameter opening.

To use a shade with a lip top on a fixture with a threaded socket and shade ring, a 3-pin shade adaptor can be used.
