YES! I always love making new pieces, I offer any kinds of customs or personalized orders. If you have any idea of rings, welcome to contact me directly. Please note: 1. We reserve the right to shelve and sell customized products. 2. Custom orders are made specifically for you and are nonrefundable, unless there is a defect when you receive the item, in that case we will make a new one.

Orders usually take 2-3 weeks to produce and 3-5 days to ship to the US. If you're in a rush, we offer a RUSH ORDER SERVICE that can complete production in about 12 business days and expedite shipping to arrive within 3-5 days. And I NEED to charge you $50 for the Rush Order Service.

I can make rings in any size. In the list, from US3 to US9. If you need a smaller or bigger ring size, pls ask me and we'll customize it for you!

What's NobelYates' Warranty Policy?

We offer a lifetime warranty. If there are any issues with the quality of the ring, you may return it. I am willing to repair it for you for free within one year. After the first 12 months, we charge a small fee for repairs and replacements.

What's NobelYates' Order Cancellation Policy?

1.All returns require prior approval. 2.No charge for orders canceled within 48 hours 3.Orders canceled after 48 hours will be charged 20% for orders of $1,000 or more. Orders less than $1,000 will be charged $100.

What's NobelYates' Order Return And Exchange Policy?

1.Free returns and exchanges within 30 days. 2.If there is any quality problem, we support full refund or exchange. 3.If there is no quality problem, buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, if the item is not returned in original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss of value, all items must be unworn original items;

1.Full eternity rings/special crafted rings 2.Engraved rings 3.Customized products (duplicates, original customization, gemstone customization) 4.Clearance/special products, etc.: Ready To Ship 5.Exceeding the free exchange period 6.Product is worn, damaged, altered or not in original condition. 7.Products that have been exchanged once will not be supported for a second time if there is no quality problem.

What's NobelYates' Installment Payment Fee Principle?

1. For orders greater than or equal to $1,000, the first installment is charged at 20% of the total cost of the order. The first installment is non-refundable and non-exchangeable after 48 hours. 2. For orders less than $1,000, the first installment is a fixed amount of $100. Again, this installment also cannot be refunded or exchanged after 48 hours. NobelYates-Installment Jewelry Storage Principle: 1. Items will not be shipped until the final payment is paid in full; 2. The minimum amount for each payment is $100; 3. We will keep your layaway item for up to 6 months; 4. Support Etsy's KKlarna as an installment payment usage for orders; 5. Please contact us for more details and other inquiries.

What do International customers need to be aware of?

Please note that our prices DO NOT INCLUDE customs duties and taxes, such as VAT or GST. You will pay extra money for the ring due to Duties and Taxes. And please leave a note of your phone number when you place the order. When the package arrives in your country, the express company will contact you with the Customs Duty Tax.
