HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
STEP 1 – PLACE YOUR ORDER
Choose the number of pets, the mug color, any desired text personalization, and the quantity.
We accept all types of pets.

STEP 2 – SEND YOUR PHOTOS
Upload your photos to us through Etsy messages (photo uploads are not available during checkout).
Best photo guidelines:
• High-resolution images (smartphone photos are usually perfect)
• Your pet should be sitting or standing with their face and chest visible
• Front-facing shots taken at eye level
• Even, natural lighting
We base the artwork directly on the photo you send, so make sure you love the picture you choose.

STEP 3 – ARTWORK CREATION
We design your custom artwork in Photoshop using your submitted photos. Minor edits—such as removing small items—can be made. Items that are not visible in the original photo cannot be added.
You’ll receive a mockup to review and approve before production begins.

STEP 4 – RECEIVE YOUR MUG
Once approved, your mug will be produced and delivered within 2–4 weeks.

We ship on time, but we cannot control the delivery time. Tracking information will be supplied to you by email.
