I purchased a file but I don’t know how to download it?

The files aren't separated into layers in the folder/downloads?

All layers for the file are in one SVG file. Once the SVG is uploaded to your cutting software, the layers will separate automatically.

I uploaded the file to my cutting software but it’s not working correctly or only showing one layer?

We suggest rebooting your computer, checking for any updates on the computer & cutting software, and re-uploading the file. This usually resolves the issue
