We don't accept returns for:

In all cases buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds are charged with a 15% restock fee. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Reservations cannot be canceled and will not be refunded.

The sample pieces have been used in photo sessions and/or fashion shows, as well as to try on in the boutique. They have all been dry cleaned. They may show some small marks, especially on the bottom or inside, but hardly noticeable. If any of the pieces have a major defect, this will be specified in the listing description.

In no case will we accept returns of these items.

The cape was well constructed, looked like the pictures, made of nice materials, and arrived quickly. The seller had great communication and answered all of my questions. I ended up turning it around so the ribbons were on the front due to comfort (my neck was shorter than the construction), but I thought it still looked nice.
