Each minaudiere bag is fully crystallized with meticulous and spectacular detail. Each is also lined in genuine leather. What will be shipped to you is a BRAND NEW crystallized purse in perfect, never used condition. Within a day of receiving the bag, open the package it arrived in, please examine the bag. If you find it damaged in transit, please take very detailed photos of the purse with the damage as well as taking photos of the packaging and all the contents. To file an insurance claim with the Carrier, we would need everything returned to us- the actual item, all the packaging, the wrapping and the original shipping label.

When you place an order with us and you choose The International Shipping methods provided by Etsy, it will take time, sometimes weeks to get the parcel to you regardless of Priority or Express Status. When the package reaches your country, Asendia hands it to your country's Customs Office. Once Customs has been cleared, it is then delivered to your local post office. Your country’s government will want to collect their Customs Duty which we have nothing to do with. At that point, your local Post Office is responsible to deliver it to your address. The USPS and the third party carrier have to submit a Claim Result to the Insurance Company. The Claim Result must say that the parcel was not delivered and it was lost.
