We are unable to accept returns and/or issue refunds on made-to-order, custom and/or personalized items. If there are issues with the product, please contact us directly within 48 hours of delivery.

I'd like a variation that I do not see listed

Many of our items offer choices of finish, hardware and sizing. If you have a special request and do not see something similar listed as a possible variation, please contact seller with detailed description and we will do our very best to accomodate your request.

Shipping issues...Wrong address or stolen upon delivery

Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you notice the mistake after placing order and we have not shipped it yet, we will update your address so please let us know right away. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered. Unfortunately, Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we cannot/will not replace orders or refund orders at our expense. If package shows delivery and address is correct but buyer never received, buyer is responsible for contacting local delivery service to resolve and/or file a claim.

Cancellations and Returns

CANCELLATION POLICY: We are happy to offer a full refund on orders prior to shipment. After items have shipped, we are able to issue a refund and finalize cancellation upon receipt of returned items. We are able to offer cancellation refunds in the amount of purchase less the shipping price as noted in the item listing. Customer assumes the cost of returning shipped items.
