Custom and personalized orders

We can accommodate requests for your own design or logo that you personally own or represent. For logo inquiries, please send us a message with the following details for review and an accurate quotation: - Zip code and need by date - Item type/text color (if applicable) and total quantity - Vector file of the logo (AI, SVG, EPS) emailed to hello@imprintandimpress.com Most custom design requests will require a minimum quantity.

For heat transfer vinyl products, the design should not be ironed over (iron the back side). Flasks, tumblers, and water bottles should be washed by hand. Please refer to individual listings for further details.

Can you change the shipping address?

We ship to the address listed on the invoice. If you need to change the address, please let us know so the order can be canceled/refunded and resubmitted with the correct address. This is for sales tax purposes and to ensure accurate delivery. If an order is returned to sender for any reason, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

I need this by X. Will it get here in time?

For production time (time needed to make the order) and shipping time, refer to the individual listing. Our production time is Monday to Friday and does not include weekends and holidays. Orders with unclear personalization or orders that request proofs may require extended processing. Most products are shipped via USPS First Class. Expedited shipping options are available on check out for an additional fee. Delivery estimates are only estimates: the delivery date is not guaranteed and refunds are not issued for a late delivery. Once your package is shipped, we cannot account for transit delays. We are not responsible for packages that are missing or stolen after delivery.

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Large orders may be shipped with UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. At our discretion, we may require signature confirmation for orders over $100. We currently don't offer local in-person pick up or overnight shipping.

Can you send me a proof?

This listing is for ONE stocking with your choice of stocking color and size. Each stocking with the tag option ONLY includes ONE personalized wooden tag.

The adult stocking is approximately 18" long with the stocking cuff 6" wide.
The kid stocking is approximately 15" long with a stocking cuff of 6" wide.
The wooden tag is approximately 4.25"x1.9" (excluding the beads). The tag is engraved on one side only; the engraving color is brown-colored.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: If needed, spot clean stocking only. Keep wooden tag dry.

If you've ordered these stocking tags before, please note the wood for the tags have changed this holiday season and may not match exactly to previous orders.

HOW TO ORDER MULTIPLE PIECES:

If you need different combinations, add each item to your cart separately and then check out with one order. If you are purchasing multiple pieces in the SAME size, color, and font combination, then simply adjust the quantity, and provide your names as a column list. For example:
