We'll match everything up perfectly. Our frames are for the engraved personalisation only - you add your own photo once received. For Best Results: - High resolution: 300dpi minimum for crisp, clear results - Good lighting: Natural daylight works best - Sharp focus: Avoid blurry or pixelated images - Space around subjects: Less cropped photos work better for design - We accept most file types- JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF files are preferred. What To Avoid: -Screenshots from social media (too low quality) - Photos with heavy text overlays - Extreme close-ups without background space - Photos saved multiple times (compression issues) Our designers work magic with photos, but they need room to create the perfect composition. If your photo isn't suitable, we'll contact you with suggestions.

Cancellation/ Amendment Request: - Orders enter production within 24 hours, after which cancellation or amending personalisation isn't possible as your item has been custom-created. Returns: - Custom-made items aren't returnable due to their nature, however, if your order is damaged, please email us. - If your package returns due to address issues,contact us to arrange a reshipment fee and we'll sort this out quickly for you.
