We typically ship using FedEx Smart Post or USPS or our US and Canada shipments. EU and UK orders ship from the UK. A tracking number is provided for each order in the United States and Canada. We are not responsible for packages that go missing after package delivery confirmation. Multiple orders will be shipped together.

For the USA and Canada: Most prints are placed inside a cello sleeve and shipped in a cardboard envelope. Larger prints are shipped with a stiff cardboard backer in a cardboard box with bubble padding. Oversize prints may ship in a long cardboard box.

For the UK and EU: All prints are shipped in a tube.

f your print is damaged in transit, please send photographic documentation showing the damage so that we can evaluate the issue. Please contact us within 3 business days from the time of delivery to report damaged or missing items.

Your order will ship to the address listed in your Etsy receipt. Please make sure it is the correct address. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, I will have to charge for re-shipping. I am unable to change shipping addresses once an order is placed.

Please note that every computer monitor displays color a bit differently. Images viewed on monitors/screens are backlit and can appear brighter or darker than they actually are in person. Colors you see on your own computer might vary slightly from the prints you receive.

All images in this shop are the property of Wallflower Art Co. Using them in any way without permission is a strict violation of copyright law. All photo prints sold are copyright protected and may not be reproduced or scanned.

Our art is sold unframed. Photos with frames are for display purposes only. We do offer select frames, sold separately, when purchased with art.

All of our printing is handled by our partner print house and our art is custom printed to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

In instances where a return is mutually agreed upon or required by law, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs to our United States address. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in new condition, in the original packaging including cello sleeve, cardboard backer, bubble padding and box. Items returned in different packaging will be refused and returned to sender. Returns in less than new condition will not be accepted.
