Custom and personalised orders

We do not accept returns on custom or personalised orders, if your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 24 Hours and we will arrange for a replacement. Any items claimed they arrived broken after the 24 hours of being received, will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Please take extra care when handling your product. Most of our pieces are extremely fragile and need to be handled gently, we do not accept returns on pieces that are damaged or broken after receiving it with no problem.

Please use 3m Velcro strips to attached products to wall. Please use plenty of strips to allow for maximum strength to hold product on the wall. Again please handle with extreme care while attaching products to the wall.

Custom and personalised orders

We accept cancellations on orders up to 4 hours after order is placed, after this time frame we are unable to cancel any order.

All of our pieces are hand designed by us then laser cut or burnt by our amazing machines, we do not mass produce or use external companies, please note that sometimes where the machine starts and finishes it can show up on the piece but this tiny indent does not affect the finish piece at all, this makes your piece a on of a kind and unique finish

Create a beautiful personalised layered name sign for your child's nursery or bedroom. These custom names signs make the perfect nursery wall décor, baby shower gift or kids room decoration.
Please choose the backing colour you would like from the menu. White will be automatic for the top layer, unless you request a different colour which will be an additional cost
Please enter the required details in the notes box before checkout. Please check all spelling is correct, as what we see is what we will recreate.

Size is based on the length of the name and the Height will vary according to the amount of letters in the name
This listing is for one name only, if you leave a request for two names we will leave a small space in between the two names as we need them to be close so that the bottom layer of acrylic is joined.
Our wall art do not come with hanging accessories, the back of each material is smooth so you are able to add your own hanging accessory suitable to your need. We suggest 3m velcro strips or Mirror double sided tape, Please make sure you use plenty along the back to secure it.

This was my second purchase and the quality is great, delivery time wasn’t long either. Remember to triple check the colour you order, this time round this silly pregnant goose ordered the wrong colour!
