Care instructions for different items

Macramé: it may have wrinkles after shipping, shake it out gently and hang and it will become smooth again. Larger pieces with fringes will arrive with a comb. Carefully lay the macramé on a table, hold the knotted section firmly and comb the fringes from top to bottom in separate pieces, then give a gentle shake. Run fingers through the fringes to separate. A damp cloth can remove any accidental marks, hang to dry. Moss will be dehydrated when it arrives, please rehydrate and wait for it to bounce back as it is a living plant. Instructions are enclosed in your moss order. Wedding Shell Names: these shells can be sharp and fragile. Please do not let children play with them! All my shells can be sharp and are not suitable for children.

Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging?

Yes, you can order on check-out gift wrapping with beautiful, scented gift wrap for a small charge. Let me know what you would like written on enclosed, free handmade gift card.

How do I check sizing of your lampshades?

Lampshades: Please check size of your light fitting before ordering, if you are not sure which shade fits which light or lamp please message me before purchasing. Most of my shades will fit all light fittings. TIP: Pendant/Arc/Ceiling lamps; Bulb usually hangs down. Standard/Table/Floor lamps; Bulb usually faces upwards.

Can I get cheaper Shipping to USA?

FOR USA customers, why not order 6 weeks in advance and for approx. only $10 up to 2kg weight, you can get a cheaper surface mail option. Please message me first for a custom order with surface mail.

How do I care for Delicate shells, shell ornaments and yarn/shell trees?

Please handle with care these delicate yarn and shell ornaments and trees. I cannot refund you when the damage is caused by dropping the tree or ornament after delivery. Please do not ask for a refund in this case. If the packaging is damaged, ensure your postal service gives you a card with damage listed as proof for any insurance claim. Without confirmed receipt from delivery company and photographs, no refund will be offered. Please do not let children play with any delicate gifts or ornaments and always place in a safe secure place where they cannot get knocked over. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I make a bulk order?

Yes! For large orders, please contact me , I am happy to organise a bulk order price for you.

How do I RETURN AN ITEM I CHOSE INCORRECTLY, but has no fault?

If the item follows the description and photos, you will have to return the item within the listed time frame (7 days) and pay for the return postage. Please check the photos, description and sizes with a ruler/tape measure in your own home before ordering. If you are unsure of description and/or sizing after looking at the photos, please contact me, I am very happy to help. If you change your mind after it arrives, you can return it in the original packaging, BUT YOU MUST PAY RETURN SHIPPING. The item must be in same condition as it arrived including the interior packaging, or a charge will be deducted. Any damages must be paid for. Refunds will follow after the item is received and checked. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery Dispatch date query?

Etsy does not recognise United Kingdom Bank Holidays, so please check when Etsy gives you the dispatch dates, it does not fall in a bank holiday, if so, please add a day.

Do you Ship to Ireland, Germany, Spain and Portugal anymore since Brexit/Customs query?

Sorry I do not sell to German customers since 2022 due to complicated shipping laws after Brexit. This includes Ireland, Spain & Portugal due to damage & refusal of parcels by customs in these countries. The stress & loss of income for me and the disappointment for the buyer when parcels are destroyed due to negative cooperation between our countries borders has forced me to stop selling, sadly to these places. Please be aware: For items purchased, please check YOUR OWN country's custom rules & regs. Items refused by customs will not receive a refund for the shipping. If the item is not returned back to me via your country's customs dept., NO refund will be made for it's loss. It is up to the buyer to check these laws before buying.
