Shipping delay refunds

We are not in control of shipping delays by the delivery provider after we dispatch a package. Therefore, shipping delays and late deliveries will not be considered for refund or partial refund. Feel free to message us if you are looking to receive something before a certain deadline and we would be happy to assess whether a package can be shipped earlier.

Incorrect Address Submitted

If the address on the order is not the current address of the customer, or has a typo submitted by the customer, the customer may inform the seller of the preferred address to use before the item is dispatched. If the customer informs the seller of an incorrect address after the order is dispatched, refunds will not be accepted.

- Short Wheelbarrow Dimensions: 3.4" by 6" by 2.6" tall
- Long Wheelbarrow Dimensions: 7.3" by 3.7" by 3.3" tall
- The short planter opening is 4" by 2.1"
- The long planter opening is 5" by 2.1"
- If a drainage hole is desired and specified in the personalisation box, a 5 mm hole will be added to the bottom of the planter
- Due to the nature of 3D printing, there is a seam on the back of the planter as shown in the last photo
