When will my order be dispatched?

To see the date of when your order will be dispatched please refer to your order details on your account. I'll always do my best to meet these dispatch estimates.

All sizes for individual products are in the product descriptions. Please refer to these to see exact measurements.

I haven't received my order yet but its been dispatched?

The current postage delivery times are below; UK - Standard - 2-3 working days - Express - 1 working day Rest of the world - 10 working days If you still haven't received your parcel within this time frame please message us and we can investigate for you.

Can I change any personalisation details once my order has been placed?

If you contact us as soon as you have placed the order we should be able to make the amendment if a mistake has been made. Unfortunately after this timeframe due to the way our order management system works, we are unable to make any amendments or changes to any personalised orders you have already placed. Please double check your details are correct before putting your order through.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. In order to achieve my fast turnaround time we may have started making your order, so therefore wont be able to cancel.

Do you accept refunds, returns or exchanges?

We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges on personalised items.

Do you do custom designs?

Please send us a message and we're happy to discuss what you have in mind!

I have accidentally used my old address on my order?

We are not responsible for any mistakes made during the order process. Please message us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake to see if we can catch your order and fix any shipping info in time. Unfortunately if the order has already been sent / returned to us with an incomplete address. You will be liable to pay for postage again if you would like us to repost it. If your order has been returned to us please contact us as soon as possible, orders will be held for a maximum of a week.

What if my order is damaged or missing?

We work very closely with our packaging suppliers and couriers to ensure that all parcels are received safely. However on the very rare occasion may be damaged or missing, we are more than happy to provide a replacement for you once we receive photographic evidence of damaged products or confirmation from couriers of missing items. Any issues with your order must be communicated to us within 48 hours of delivery

USA orders are still welcome!

All shipments to the United States are sent with duties and taxes prepaid, so there will be no additional fees to pay on delivery—everything is covered upfront for a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.
