Why are shipping charges so high with multiple items?

As a rule of thumb, I always ship in as few packages as possible OR to minimize weight, whatever results in the most economical shipping costs. I can generally ship multiple items under a SINGLE shipping charge (exception is the 18pack of Solvy, in itself it is the maximum I can ship at that shipping charge.) So if you want 6 packs of heads and a pair of scissors, this will be a single freight charge. Unfortunately what happens is Etsy often charges shipping PER ITEM, which is why you may have a massive freight charge on your receipt. I ALWAYS refund postage overages when I ship, if this is uncomfortable for you, consider asking me for a custom listing - I can personalize the order and assign a single shipping charge for it!

Are there cheaper shipping options within Canada?

I know, this one's frustrating as I'm a Canadian seller! In some cases I CAN ship oversized letter mail (those are the items that I have listed as "free delivery" to Canada as I just put a stamp on). Unfortunately though they looks small, the heads are 20mm diameter and that is our maximum envelope thickness to ship - so by the time you add a bubble mailer and other packaging, they simply can't go letter-mail! At the time of writing this we are in the midst of COVID, but once we are through this challenging time, I do have porch pick ups available, so if you are in my neck of the woods, to catch a show at the Stratford Festival or otherwise, feel free to write me a message and we can do that!
