If I order an invitation, what parts of it can be changed?

I will personalize the party details - the text information that comes up on screen. All other visual elements of the video (font style, images, background, effects, timing etc) remain unchanged.

Can I come back and order other add-ons after ordering a video invitation?

Yes! You can definitely come back at a later date and order any of the add-on products. As long as you order a video invitation, you can order the add-ons at any time after.

Are all of the products in this shop digital?

Yes, all of my items are digital. There is no shipping or physical items. Printable invitation and party decor digital files can be printed at home, or at your local or online print shop.

How do I receive my digital product? What format is it?

Etsy will notify you when your item is ready for download. Your item will either be an MP4 video or a JPEG image file (depending on what you have purchased).

Can the video invitations be sent via text message?

Yes. This is how most customers send out their invitations. Please note that I only provide the video file. I cannot offer technical support for your phone. Please contact your phone provider’s customer support service, to confirm that your phone can message video files, before ordering.

Can I order a blank invitation or background videos or graphics, or can I edit the invitation myself?

Unfortunately I only sell video and printable invitations. I cannot modify videos for any other purpose. To order from my shop, you do require complete party invitation details. I do not sell blank invitations, or invitations without party details. Your invitation does require a party date, time, and party address
