Yes! We would be happy to show you a proof before ordering. Just send us an Etsy conversation with the theme(s) and will get you a proof within 24 to 48 hours. *** During the busy holiday season it may take longer. Customers who have already ordered are done first.

What is your turnaround time?

Custom and personalized orders

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, and as long as production has not begun on custom orders, we will be happy to refund your money. Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. Returned without Authorization & Unclaimed Shipments - Personalized items are custom made to order just for you therefore we do not accept returns.
