Each bottle of lavender-infused syrup is crafted in small batches with care and attention to detail. We use fresh dried culinary lavender (Lavandula intermedia bud) from our farm, pure cane sugar, and add butterfly pea flowers to produce a beautiful purple color. When steeped, the butterfly pea flower turns a bright blue color until fresh lemon juice is added and the syrup changes to a vibrant purple color.
Keep syrup refrigerated after opening. Our syrups are bottled in glass bottles.
