• We ship Monday and Thursday
• We ship to the address provided with your order. If you would like us to ship to an alternative address, please attach a note when you purchase your item.
• We are not responsible for LOST/ DAMAGED packages in transit.
• We are not responsible for CUSTOMS FEES incurred or for any shipping delays.

INSURANCE/ EXPRESS SHIPPING:
If you would like to add insurance or upgrade shipping, please contact us before purchasing. Please note that shipping fees include shipping materials. We try to recycle shipping material whenever we can, to reduce cost and waste.

Normal Delivery takes 5-14 business days. Delays in Customs could delay delivery.

Please remember that our items are vintage and are not without minor faults. We do our best to disclose all pertinent and obvious issues.

Payment
• PayPal, Credit Cards and Etsy Gift Cards accepted as payment.
• Items sold and shipped to addresses within Canada are subject to
government sales tax.
• Layaways are available for items over $150 (two weeks). First
payment due within the first week and is non-refundable. Please
inquire for details.
• We will reserve items for up to 4 days. Please send us a note to
request a reserve.

No refunds or returns.

We understand it is difficult to purchase vintage items online; therefore, we include detailed measurements on all of our listings. Please make sure that you have used the measurements we have provided, to ensure proper fit by comparing them to a similar item you already own. We will work with you to resolve any issues. Please contact us as soon as you receive the item! If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to ask us a question - we are always happy to respond!

We gladly accept exchanges for shop credit in any of our 3 Etsy shops (Pontiac Dry Goods, Naked in the Bowery, and Blink Optical).

Our exchange policies are:
1. The buyer must contact us within 3 days of delivery, and the item must be postmarked within 7 days after it is received. Please mark the item a return so there are no additional customs or duty charges.
2. The item must be in its original state, unworn condition, and without damage.
3. We only allow 1 exchange per purchase.
4. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs - both shipping the merchandise back to us, and for shipping out the new item.
5. Store credit can only be used for a full-priced item.
6. We do not accept exchanges for items that were on sale.

We do not accept order cancellations. But in a rare case that we do, we will charge for all costs associated with relisting the item (Etsy's listing fees are nonrefundable).
