Custom and personalized orders

I am occasionally up for custom designs if there is something you are envisioning that you do not see in my shop - however, sometimes I am not in the position to make custom designs, so please ask.

May I return my digital file?

Due to the nature of digital files, unfortunately if the file is downloaded I cannot make returns or exchanges. However, if the file is not working for you, please reach out and I will do my best to help!

Will your file work for lasers that aren't the Glowforge?

My files are specifically designed to be very easy to engrave on the Glowforge: eg - they will never be larger than 12"x20" to fit in the Glowforge laser bed, I use different colors for cut, score, and engrave, and I use compound paths to "glue" the different parts together so you don't have to adjust the settings for each individual part. This can make them harder to edit; therefore, the file may be compatible with other lasers, but it will likely require some editing depending on your type of laser.

Will your designs work with a Cricut?

My files are cut and score, you will have to make sure your vinyl cutter is compatible with a single line score.

Why won't my file show the engrave?

95% of my files are cut and score only. Red is score, black is cut. Make sure you are setting the red to score, because it will not show if set to engrave.
