How to select the frame size:
The size listed is the size of a picture each frame fits without a mat. If you wish to have a 1" mat around your picture, you will need to select a frame 2" wider and longer than the size of your artwork. With a 2" mat around your artwork, you will need a frame 4" wider and longer than the size of your picture. We will be happy to add a free mat to your frame order and customize the mat opening to the size of your artwork.

How to add a free mat to my frame order:
The mat is free with any frame purchase. Just leave us a note in the order note section and let us know what the size of your artwork is, and we will be happy to customize the mat opening to fit your picture.

My frame is larger than 11x14". How can I add glass to the frame?
Real glass is available for any frame larger than 11x14" or any custom-size frame for an additional fee. Just scroll down to the bottom of the dropbox menu and select the option Add Glass for frame sizes larger than 11x11" or any custom frame.

How to select the frame color:
Wood is a natural material. No two trees are exactly alike, and no two pieces of wood are exactly the same. Naturally occurring slight variations in color, texture, and grain are normal as every piece of wood is as unique as every tree. If you are unsure that the color of the frame will work for your project, please reach out to us with any questions and/or order a sample of the material first to give you a better sense of the color and texture.
