In the unfortunate event that you receive your order and it is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will need a photo of the damaged item AND the packaging. Once the damage claim is made and photos are received we will send you a replacement. We cannot accept damage claims after 7 days.

Our items are custom made and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Should you be unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know. Happy and satisfied customers are extremely important to us and we want the opportunity to make sure that your experience shopping with us is excellent!

While we feel that it is unfortunate for our customers to have to cancel events under any circumstance, we cannot accept returns , offer discounts or refunds in this situation.
