We’re open Mon-Fri (business days), and closed Sat-Sun , UTC+1 time. Studio hours vary, so please allow up to 11:59pm UTC+1 time on the days stated.

Once we have sent your draft preview to you, if we do not receive any correspondence, revisions, or approval from you within 21 days of purchase, we will complete your order and dispatch your finished files using the design of the last draft sent. We do charge a fee to restart your order after the files are sent.

We automatically delete all design files from our system 30 days after the date of order. It's your responsibility to download and safely back up your files immediately. If for any reason you lose access to your files after this time, you will need to re-purchase the item(s) so that we can create your designs again.

I love my new logo! The seller answered my questions before the purchase and the turnaround time was really fast. I’m not sure how to use the free templates included but I plan to learn. I’ve already ordered another item!
