Because digital products cannot be "returned," I am normally not able to issue refunds if you have already downloaded the files. That said, I always want to hear about any problems or concerns you have regarding your purchase, I will do everything in my power to make sure you are satisfied.

How can I download brushes these are more than 20MB?

After you purchased the product, you will get a download instruction file. You will have it this download link in that file.

How can I add products to Procreate?

It's so simple. Just download the file into your iPad and import them with Procreate import button.

Can I send these files to another people?

Actually, this action is forbidden ;)

How can I download the item I purchased?

You can always find your download link on the order details page. The order details page is located in your 'Purchases and Reviews' menu. Additionally, you will receive an email containing your order details and download link.
