MY PROCESS:
I made this silver artisan necklace using the same techniques that silver smiths have used for centuries. It was designed and custom made for this gray banded agate gemstone. I cut, soldered, textured, forged and polished the raw materials to create this unique artisan pendant. It has a satin brushed finish and is signed by me on the back.

GEMSTONE:
Agate is a banded chalcedony. The bands are layers and layers of minerals that form in the ground in many parts of the world. This gemstone was mined in Botswana. The coloring in this unique banded agate gemstone includes soft white, light gray and darker gray layers.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receipt so we can work together towards resolving the issue. If needed, the item can be exchanged for something else, or returned for a refund, minus my cost to ship the item to you.

Please return the item, unused, in its original packaging within 7 days of when you received it in order to get a full refund. Items received after 7 days will be considered no longer new and as such will not be eligible for a full refund. In that case a restocking fee of a minimum of 25% and up to 75% will be incurred. I'm sure you understand!
