What materials do you use, and is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Our jewelry is designed in Greece and crafted with carefully chosen materials and components we source: high-quality stainless steel, 925 Sterling silver, components double-coated in 999 fine silver (silver-plated), genuine leather, authentic Swarovski crystals, and natural or glass pearls. Our stainless steel and 925 Sterling Silver are hypoallergenic and ideal for sensitive skin or metal allergies, and our silver-plated pieces use a nickel and lead-free base. If you have a known allergy, message us before ordering, and we'll point you to the best options for you.

Will it tarnish, turn my skin green, or can I wear it in water?

Our stainless steel and Sterling Silver pieces strongly resist tarnishing and won't turn your skin green with normal wear. Silver-plated, leather, and pearl pieces are durable but more delicate, so we recommend removing all jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising. Water, chlorine, sweat, perfume, and lotions are the main causes of wear; keeping pieces dry is the best way to make them last.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Store each piece separately in a dry, airtight box or pouch. Avoid perfume, lotions, and chemicals — put your jewelry on last when getting ready, and wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Remove it before sleeping, bathing, or physical activity, and keep leather and pearls away from water.

What size are your rings? Are they adjustable?

Many of our rings are adjustable and fit a range of sizes — this is noted in each listing. For fixed-size rings, the available US sizes are shown in the item details. Not sure of your size? Measure a ring you already own, or message us and we'll help you choose.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We make and ship your order within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery after that: USA: 7-12 business days (tracked, ELTA to USPS) Germany: 2-4 business days Europe: 3-6 business days Rest of world: 6-12 business days Need it sooner? Choose Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS, 1-3 days) at checkout and add your phone number in the note to seller. Free FedEx on orders over €280. Dates are estimates and can vary with carrier delays or holidays.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?

For US orders, no duties and taxes are fully covered, so there are no surprise fees at your door. Within the EU, there are no customs charges. For other countries outside the EU, any import duties set by your local customs are the buyer's responsibility, and we can't predict or control them.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Gift wrapping is available for a small extra cost — just select it before checkout, and you'll be able to preview the packaging. It's a lovely way to make your order feel extra special, whether it's a gift for someone or a treat for yourself.

Can I order a custom or personalized piece?

Absolutely — custom orders are welcome. Use the "Request a custom order" button or send us a message with your idea (style, length, color, size) and we'll let you know what's possible, with pricing and timing.

What is your return policy and how do I send something back?

We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, in original condition, with the receipt. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is on the buyer, and we refund the item price; if it's our mistake, we cover everything (item + shipping). Use registered, tracked mail in a padded envelope, and — since returns from outside the EU clear Greek customs — please don't declare a high value or it may be held. Message us first, and we'll guide you. Refunds follow shortly after we receive and check the item.

Do I need a piercing to wear your ear cuffs and faux piercings?

No piercing needed!
