What Are Your Shop Hours?

I generally work Monday-Thursday from 10AM-4PM, with limited hours on Fridays. (Time Zone: Eastern Time) I don't work any weekends or holidays.

Can You Print and Mail My Order?

I DO NOT offer any printed items at this time. You are fully responsible for printing any files purchased.

How Do I Unzip My Download Files?

If you are purchasing a zipped bundle, you are responsible for being able to extract your files. Please be sure you are familiar with zip files before downloading. PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions. Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
