What is the packing time?

We generally get orders out within 24 hours. Packages are delivered to US Postal Monday thru Friday for shipping. During holiday time (mid-Nov til late Dec), we will also drop packages on Saturdays.

How long does shipping take?

We ship from Central Florida, zip code 32159. After the shipping date: *First Class - *Usually* 3 to 6 days within the 48 continental states. *Priority - 2 days to most destinations; 3 days if more rural. In both cases, those delivery times can be delayed due to *intense weather events*.

What tracking info will I get?

We utilize tracking on most shipments and the number will be emailed to the buyer when we mark an order as shipped. Note: On some packages (USPS doesn't require it for packages under 13 ounces) we don't use tracking but, both the buyers address and our return address are clearly printed on the label so, if there is some issue and the package isn't delivered to the buyer it will be returned to us. By purchasing from Traveler Fabrics, you agree to wait 20 days after shipment date for a package to be received (on USA orders). If it has not been received by the buyer OR returned to us by 25 days after the shipment date, we will re-ship the order or make a refund.

What taxes and fees are collected?

Etsy complies with each states laws regarding online transactions, collects taxes accordingly and remits them to the state where the package is shipped. Regarding international orders, Traveler Fabrics is not responsible for collecting or paying any duties or customs fees that may be required when an order is delivered. That is the responsibility of the buyer.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do for most products (remnants and Sale items are the exceptions). Any product that is in new, unaltered condition is welcome to be returned with the buyer paying return postage. Please send a message for the Returns address for mailing and so that we may be on the look-out for it. **IMPORTANT NOTE** - For any order that was shipped free (we paid the outbound postage), we will need to deduct that amount from the refund for products returned.
