I have a long name, how many letters can you fit in the space?

There isn’t a “standard” number for all ornaments, but our artists have many years of experience and will do their best to fit the name. If you have any concerns, you could use a shorted version of the name.

Can you change the colors of the ornament?

No, the only thing we personalize on the ornaments are the names and year.

I received my order and it was broken or there was a misspelling. Will you fix it?

Yes, if we made a mistake or the ornament arrived damaged, we will send you a new. We simply ask you to send us a picture of the error. If we are out of stock, we will offer you a choice of another style or a full refund. Please notify us immediately if items have been broken in transit or misspelled within 48 hours of receipt.

When will my ornament ship?

Most orders processes within 24 hours. You will get a notice with tracking information automatically upon shipment to whatever email you have associated with your Etsy account. Please note that tracking information can be inconsistent, delayed, or incomplete. We recommend checking USPS tracking website and contacting the USPS customer service department for any updates.

Returns & exchanges I gladly accept cancellations Request a cancellation: before item has shipped I don't accept returns or exchanges But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Returns and exchange details We will issue a full refund if an ornament arrives broken or if the personalization is in error (our error) and we are unable to replace the ornament with a new one (please contact us within 48 hours of receipt). Snap a photo of the broken ornament and send it to us in the "convo" messenger here on Etsy. Don't hesitate to be in touch if there are any issues! The easiest thing to do is drop us a "convo" explaining the problem, and a snapshot of the ornament can be included right in that same screen if you need to
