Moreover, we have the EU Declaration of Conformity for our toys, providing you with confidence in the quality and safety of our products.

Manufacturing typically takes 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped on Etsy, you'll receive a tracking number. Please note that the tracking number may take a bit of time to become available, as we utilize various mail services and carriers to dispatch your parcel to the shipping service. If your tracking status reads 'Pre-transit / Label created / USPS currently awaiting package,' it indicates that your parcel has left Ukraine and is en route to the destination country. Please be aware that, due to the closure of Ukrainian airspace, we are dispatching all parcels by land to Poland, and from there, by air to the destination country. Your tracking status will be updated as soon as the parcel arrives in the destination country. We appreciate your patience and kindly ask you to wait until the parcel reaches your country.

✓ What if the parcel is delayed?

We would like to inform you that all delivery services are experiencing high demand, especially during the holiday season. The closer it gets to the holidays, the longer delivery times may be. To ensure timely delivery, we strongly recommend placing your order in advance (for example, in February). Unfortunately, we cannot control delays caused by factors such as bad weather or holiday-related overloads. However, if your parcel arrives later than expected, don't worry.
