How do I unlock Estimate Excel files?

Our Estimate Excel templates are designed for immediate use, no unlocking required. To avoid unintentional changes from users that could make certain functionalities not work properly, certain sections are password-protected. Should you wish to unlock all sections, just write to us, and we'll promptly provide the password, and you can then easily unlock the template. For our Google Sheets templates, no passwords are involved. While certain areas are safeguarded against accidental changes, you can easily remove this protection by adjusting the "Protect sheets and ranges" setting in the Data menu. If you need assistance with this, feel free to reach out – we're here to help!

Can you customize your templates to suit my specific needs?

Certainly! We welcome requests for customizations. However, since customizations might require a lot of our time, we do charge for it, according to the complexity of the work. For example, if we need to change something in VBA coding, we charge $50 per hour. If the changes don't require any VBA coding, the price is $20 per hour. You can send us what you want to change, and we can send you our estimate on how long it would take us and how much it would cost. Feel free to contact us with your specific requirements, and we'll assess how we can best meet your needs.

How do I enable macros for my Estimate Excel files?

Enabling macros is necessary for certain features in our Estimate Excel files to work as intended. Please note that this process is specific to Excel files and is not applicable to Google Sheet Estimate files, as they operate differently and do not require macro activation. To enable macros for our Estimate Excel files, follow these steps: 1. Open the Excel file containing the template. 2. Look for a security warning at the top of the Excel window. 3. Click on "Enable Content" or "Enable Macros," depending on the version of Excel you are using. 4. If prompted, choose "Enable All Content" to ensure full functionality. If you have any questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to help!

I can't find my downloads?

If you completed your purchase as a guest, the link to download your files can be found in the receipt email sent to you after your purchase. For those with an account: 1. Navigate to Your Account by clicking on the "You" circle in the top right. 2. Select "Purchases and Reviews" and locate your order. 3. Look for the "download files" button in a black box. 4. Please note that accessing downloads on a laptop or computer may be necessary, as this feature may not be visible on mobile devices due to Etsy's restrictions. If you encounter any difficulties, don't hesitate to reach out to us through messaging, and we'll be happy to assist you further!

How will I receive a refund if I choose to use the 100% money-back guarantee?

If you opt for a refund through our 100% money-back guarantee, here's how it works: Since Etsy does not seem to facilitate refunds for digital files, we will process it directly through PayPal, so the refund amount will be sent from our PayPal account to yours. Rest assured, our goal is to make the refund process as smooth as possible for you. If you have any concerns or questions about the refund process, feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority.
