Can you ship directly to my Disney Resort or Hotel?

Yes! We are located in Orlando FL and can usually have decals to your Disney Resort or Hotel in just 1 - 2 days with Priority Mail! Be sure to enter your Disney Resort info in the SHIP TO FIELDS at checkout. Enter the address like this: DISNEY RESORT NAME GUEST: YOUR NAME & ARRIVAL DATE DISNEY RESORT ADDRESS CITY STATE ZIP

What if my package was lost in the mail or shows "delivered" on the tracking but I didn't receive it?

If your package shows "delivered" on the tracking page via USPS or UPS or Fedex, we will not offer a replacement. We highly recommend that you contact the delivery company and see if they can provide further details as to where the package was left at your address. If a package never shows delivered, after 30 days, please reach out to us so we can work with you on a replacement order. We will not offer replacement shipments for orders shipped to an old address because the shipping address wasn't updated/verified by the customer prior to checkout.

Shipping took almost a month to arrive. The decal is very nice and good quality. My only issue was that the decal for the controller does not fit. I decided to cut part of the decal so that I can still get some of the design on there. I'd recommend it.

Shipping was extremely delayed. The console skin went on extremely well and was super easy to apply. The controller skin did not. I don't think this is a seller issue but more of a putting a sticker on a rounded surface thing. I definitely recommend the console skin. I'd just pass on the controller one.
