How long will it take to receive my order?

How do I measure my ostomy bag?

Measure the width and length of your ostomy pouch (in inches) to find your pouch size. If your pouch empties at the bottom, measure the length with the tail rolled up. To figure out your opening size you’ll need to measure the diameter (in inches) of the hard plastic ring on your specific pouch. The easiest way to find the right opening size is to place a ruler across the ring and measure at the widest point. If your pouch has a large oval-shaped flange, choose the Opening Size: "3.5" Oval."

How do I find my size?

Can I return my order?

We will gladly accept any unworn and unwashed items for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, WITH TWO EXCEPTIONS: 1. Any items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. 2. Please note, due to sanitary concerns and for your safety, we do not accept returns of our G-Tube Pads or Trach Pads. We’re happy to offer free exchanges to help you find the right fit. If you choose to return an item, a $7.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Don't worry about labels—we’ll email your return label straight to you.

How does International shipping work?

We offer international shipping through USPS. Delivery dates and postage rates vary by country. USPS Standard International Shipping option does not include tracking information to all countries and DOES NOT have a guaranteed delivery timeline. Shipping can take 4-6 WEEKS using this shipping method. We strongly recommend USPS Priority International shipping if you need your order in a timely manner.
