100% cotton preshrunk jersey
Ash is 98/2% cotton/poly
Heather grey is 90/10 cotton poly

Because this a unisex tee sizes for women may be slightly large than what you're typically used to.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose Apparel Style and Size
2. Choose Vinyl Color

In The Notes Include:
1. Apparel Color (See images for swatches)
2. Any information related to the design (Ex. Last name, date, etc.)

Note:
- If apparel color is not provided, we will use the color in the main image. If we are not able to do so we will use either white or black.

- For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, provide phone number for shipping purposes.

Production Time:

All orders typically take 4-10 days to make and 5-10 days to ship domestically and 10-15 internationally.

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

We would simply need to confirm the damage or defect with a photo. We will either issue you a refund or simply make you another depending on various cost and time considerations.

Things that would not qualify as damaged or defective are things like, but not limited to:

- Vinyl Color does not match the swatch exactly
- the shade of the item is different than what I was expecting
- position of the text is higher or lower than what I was expecting
- the size of the text is larger or smaller than what I was expecting
- font lettering is difficult to read

Though we would love to honor most requests, most products are hand-made and made to order, as a result, no two custom orders are ever the same. Furthermore, once an item is printed we cannot undo the printing so honoring claims like the ones mentioned above leads to a lot of waste and overproduction. We appreciate your understanding!

CUSTOMS/TARIFFS

We charge taxes for orders with a Texas billing address. International orders may be subject to tariffs. Tariffs are typically assessed upon arrival of the order, which the customer is responsible for paying. Pretty Robes will not pay any tariffs or taxes assessed to our customers. Any packages refused by the customer will not be refunded.
