Printing Help — Images printing with black backgrounds

Please try these steps: 1) Download the original file on a laptop of desktop computer 2) Open Adobe Reader (free download if you don’t already have it) 3) Open the file in Adobe Reader 4) Print from Adobe Reader — I highly recommend printing ONE TEST PAGE so that you can be sure the file will print correctly and you won’t need to waste paper and ink. 5) If that doesn’t work, try to “print as image.” 6) Please contact me directly if your file is still having printing issues. I am happy to troubleshoot.

Can I download files on my phone?

All digital files are designed to be downloaded on a laptop or computer, not a phone. This is important to preserve the quality and layout integrity of the graphics heavy files. Since I’m only an artist and not a tech guru, I cannot assist with technical difficulties if you chose to download and print from a phone.

How do I print my file?

I am happy to troubleshoot.

Can I get a product customized?

Yes, I can make reasonable customizations at an hourly rate. I am not able to make custom alterations to files for free, sorry!

Can I get a refund on my digital download purchase?

Unfortunately I cannot refund purchases of digital products which cannot be recovered once delivered. This includes products placed in your cart “by mistake,” products which you choose to download on a phone and therefore don’t print properly, duplicate purchases, and products which print at the size notated in the listing but not at a different size you might prefer, etc. If there is something genuinely wrong with the file or if you feel it is not as advertised, of course let me know and I will do my best to help.

I found a typo! Can you fix it?

Sure thing! I’m not perfect, and I must humbly admit that two degrees in English are not enough to prevent mistakes from slipping past my eyes and the eyes of my editors. I’m happy to correct errors. Please kindly point them out in a message, and I’ll add the correction to my work list and send you an updated file once it is available. Turn around can be 2-3 weeks, but sometimes much faster depending on my work load.
