What types of shipping do you offer?

Items once completed are mailed via USPS with either standard shipping ( Ground Advantage which has replaced first class mail) or you may upgrade to priority shipping at checkout. This does not affect production time.

Can I add my phone number and pet's name to the back of the tag?

In every listing there will be a drop box where you can add your personalization for the tag.

Where should I leave my customization info?

Please leave this in the drop box at checkout.

What metal should I choose?

Bronze and nickel silver are the hardest metals, copper and nu gold are in the middle, and aluminum is the most lightweight of the metals I offer. All metals are durable and of a strong and sturdy gauge.

Can tags have more than one phone number?

If you need more than one phone number please choose one of the stainless steel engraved tags which can have a name and multiple phone numbers. Stamped tags are limited to one name and one phone number in almost all cases but please check the description.

Can I have a different phrase than what is shown on the front of the tag?

If you would like something different this can usually be done on the stainless steel engraved tags but please send a message first to inquire before ordering as it is sometimes not possible. Profanity will not be stamped or engraved.

This 1-1/4-inch custom tag will be stamped with the phrase, "live life at full gallop" along the edge with your horse's name and a horseshoe. (Don't forget to leave this info in the notes section when checking out.)

Each piece is custom made to order for you, and each letter or number is carefully stamped by hand into the metal (as such each tag will have some slight variations in the stamping depth and spacing and will be totally unique). It is then tumbled for several hours to polish, and finally it is finished by hand polishing.

Split ring will be included for attaching tag to bridle or halter.

********* If your tag is made of bronze, copper, or nu gold, it will patina naturally over time to an aged appearance.
