What if painting losing in shipping

As a seller, if I inform you that the painting was lost during delivery, please rest assured that I will take immediate action. I will contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim, providing all necessary details. I will also assist you in filing a claim with the insurance provider if applicable. Throughout the process, I will maintain open communication, keeping you informed of the progress and working towards a resolution. Your satisfaction and the safe delivery of the painting are my top priorities. You can find a variety of solutions, refund, replacement, replica of that painting.

Receive damaged painting?

First of all, Never seen anything like this in years of sales. The construction of the painting itself is strong and easy for shipping, only the canvas can be damaged, but I pack in several protective layers, so it is safe. I don't have extra large paintings so they are compact and easy to pack safely. So please check carefully your painting when you received it, make sure that it is in perfect condition. If there is any damage, please take photos and contact me within 24 hours, the information you provided is essential for claiming insurance.

Oil paints — how safe are they?

They are absolutely safe, I use only safe paints with permitted pigments, these paints are from European manufacturers. Do not worry about this, because the artist is not an enemy of himself, and will not use unsafe materials. They are durable, retaining their integrity for years, and require no special maintenance. Enjoy the beauty of oil paintings worry-free. Oil paint pigments are derived from natural sources such as minerals, plants, and even insects. These pigments undergo rigorous testing to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Additional customs country fees

I'm not responsible for additional customs fees imposed by your country. I will not issue refunds for packages returned to me because of a failure to pay these fees or for any other reason that is not directly our responsibility. I will, however, re-ship the package to you if you are willing to re-pay the original cost of shipping. After I receive your package, you must re-pay your shipping cost within one week.
