Can you print this for me?

I do not offer print services at this time, but you can print my invites professionally at places like Target and take our other printables to office supply stores like Office Depot or Staples!

When and how will I receive my files?

If you are purchasing a file labeled as an Instant Download, and you have an Etsy account, your files will be available within a few minutes from your Etsy Purchases page (from an internet browser, not the Etsy app) at https://www.etsy.com/your/purchass. If you do not have an Etsy account, Etsy will email you a link to download your files. All other Made-to-Order files will be attached to your etsy purchase, generally within 24 hours. If you are concerned about a tight turnaround, please send me a conversation prior to purchasing. I respond quickly while I am awake. If your purchase includes a Corjl.com template, Corjl will send you a link to your template immediately after purchase for you to personalize right in your internet browser.

Can I edit everything on a template?

No. In some templates, I allow font style changes (type, color and size) but template artwork and file sizes are never editable. Please read the product details of each item to see what is and is not editable and contact me with any questions.

Why is my printed template not the size specified or why is part of the design being cut off?

Please be sure to set your Printer Settings to print at "Actual Size" so the size is not scaled in any way.

Can I use a cutting machine?

My printables are standard PDFs made for crafters that don't have a cutting machine and cut out designs by hand. Most of my designed feature straight lines to make cutting a breeze using a paper cutter or scissors, if a paper cutter is unavailable.
