What if I accidentally purchased the wrong digital file?

Unfortunately, because digital items are delivered instantly, they are not eligible for return.

Do I have permission to print your designs?

No. They may not be used for printing onto wood, shirts or any other merchandise. This includes you redrawing/altering/modifying my original design for printing-which is prohibited.

How can I utilize this template?

With the purchase of this template, all rights are released for you to have a field day making HAND-PAINTED ART to sell in your small business!

How do your recommend I care for and store my door hanger?

All of my door hangers are sealed, but given that they are made of wood, they will eventually show signs of ware after prolonged exposure to the elements. (As all items do.) I would recommend keeping your piece out of direct weather, removing it from your door during storms and storing it on a hanger when not in use. I do not restore or replace items. PS/Your bow is made of wired ribbon-be sure to "refloof" if on arrival and after it's been stored to make it bounce back to life!
