International delivery of shipments

We recommend that for all international orders you track your shipment online using the tracking number that we provide to you. Once your shipment arrived at your country and cleared custom make sure your package does not need to be claim - contact your local post office and confirm/claim the package as soon as possible. If your shipment is not claimed on the destination within the corresponding period (this period varies from one country to another) said shipment will be abandoned and cannot be claimed. If you have any problem with delivery, please contact us ASAP.

If your items didn't arrive within 45 days, contact me and will log an investigation through Ukranian Post. If the package is officially recognized lost, 100% refund is garanteed.

Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fess.
