Please remember all items will normally be shipped out in 3-5 business days after receiving your order (or sooner if possible!) Sadly, I have no control over how the postal service treats packages once they are sent off- I do however have a very small handling fee included in all of my listings for the packing materials I use in order to make sure every piece is VERY secure and hopefully received by their owners safe and sound.

If there are any issues during shipping that I can help out with, I will as much as I can. PLEASE MAKE SURE you have the correct address on file! I am not responsible for lost, broken, stolen or damaged items- any issues of that nature would have to be taken up with USPS.

Jewelry:
All of my jewelry pieces are NOT waterproof. Be sure to remove them before swimming, working out, showering, and before sleeping. They should also be kept out of the hands of small children as they could be a possible choking hazard and kept away from pets that may possibly chew on them (this includes ANY bone or antler pieces as they are sometimes coated in different finishes to keep them preserved and prevent staining.) Be sure to handle your jewelry with care as it could break if dropped.

** IF you have purchased any of my coffin nail jewelry, please also remember that they can be very sharp if not used as intended! Be safe! **

At the moment I do not send any items containing bones to most areas outside of the US- but I am willing to discuss further if there's a piece that you're wanting to purchase and you fully understand your countries laws! Just send a message.

Also keep in mind that the buyer will be responsible for any other duties or taxes included in shipping - depending on if any exist while sending a package to your country (this also includes if you're wanting any sort of shipping insurance put on your item.) These fees cannot be refunded. I am also not responsible for delays in packages if an item is stuck in customs or if it is lost, stolen, or damaged.

For shadow boxes & large domes:
Please be sure to keep these pieces out of direct sunlight and out of any humid areas. Use a soft cloth or duster to dust specimens. If needed, a very small amount of windex may be used on their glass ONLY. Do not use cleaners on any decorative framing.
